Celebrate Chhath Puja with reverence and devotion: Vivek Singh

Kolkata: Chhath Puja, the biggest festival of Hindus in North India, has started. The Mamata Banerjee government of West Bengal and the Kolkata Municipal Corporation have made large-scale preparations keeping in mind the convenience of the devotees during Chhath Puja. On the auspicious occasion of Chhath, Tiljala Yadav Samaj distributed fruits, milk and other items of worship among the worshipers of Chhath Pujaj. On this occasion, TMC President of ward number 66, Dilip Bose alias Kobi Da congratulated and wished the devotees on Chhath Puja.

South Kolkata TMC Hindi cell vice-president Vivek Singh said that people of all religions celebrate all festivals together in Bengal. BJP had tried to divide our society on the basis of religion, but the people of Bengal foiled their conspiracy. Vivek Singh said that the State Disaster Management Minister Javed Ahmed Khan and Ward 66 Co-ordinator Faiz Ahmed Khan always stand with everyone in the area in happiness and sorrows and festivals. The entire area has developed under the blessings of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and under the leadership of Javed Ahmed Khan and Faiz Ahmed Khan. We are all his soldiers. Javed Ahmed Khan and Faiz Ahmed Khan actively participate in the program of Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Chhath Puja. Which makes us all very happy.
