Little Karate Champ Md Ali Waris Wants to Meet Beloved CM Mamata Didi
Kolkata: Winner of three gold medals from international karate championships in Thailand in 2022, 2023, and 2024, Md Ali Waris is eager to meet his beloved Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee.
Md Ali Waris, a black belt, is a student of the world-renowned karate teacher and specialist M.A. Ali, learning full-contact karate at Kolkata’s Ramlila Park in Moulali. At just 12 years old, Md Ali Waris has been selected to participate in the forthcoming 6th World Meet to be held in Bangkok on November 28, 2024. He will also compete in the 7th World Meet in 2025 in Indonesia.
Md Ali Waris was awarded his black belt in 2023 by His Majesty, King Drs. Sany Wijaya Natakusum, of the Padjadjaran Kingdom in Indonesia.
M.A. Ali stated that Md Ali Waris is his most hardworking student and is receiving special training daily.
