Kolkata: Modern education is most important for the development of any society. Adoption this mantra, Sir Syed Ahmed Educational Society has laid the foundation of Sir Syed Ahmed English Medium School in Kolkata. On Wednesday, Qari Fazlur Rehman laid the foundation stone of this school. Maulana Shafi Qasmi, President of Sir Syed Ahmed Educational Society Amiruddin Bobby, General Secretary Mukhtar Alam etc. were also present on this occasion. Addressing the foundation stone laying program, Amiruddin Bobby said that education is necessary for the progress. To be a good person, it is necessary to be educated. He said that today there has been so much inflation that it is not possible for common people to educate their children in English medium school. Earlier we had thought of building a primary school, but now it will become a secondary school. We have seen a dream, to fulfill it we have taken an initiative.
