Humaira Shami of Anjuman Girls School is going to Bangkok to participate in the Karate World Championship

That’s why girls sees their career in tennis and badminton. But unlike all this, a girl from Kolkata is dreaming of making a name in the sport of martial arts.
Humaira Shami, a resident of Phool Bagan under ward number 54 of Kolkata, is a class nine student of Anjuman Girls’ School. At the age when other girls play with toys, the idea of learning karate came to Humaira’s heart. Humaira’s love for karate began after watching international karate coach and champion MA Ali. Who has been giving Karate training to Kolkata children for the last several years. The passion to learn karate brought Humaira to Ramlila Park in Kolkata, where MA Ali runs free karate classes.
Humaira, who has been learning karate for the past several years, has won many matches during this period, but her real test is about to begin. Humaira is scheduled to take part in next month’s martial arts world championship “World Meet 2022” in Thailand’s capital Bangkok. Humaira has been selected in the 32-member Indian team participating in the Karate World Championship.
Humaira is very happy to be selected in the Indian team. She is working hard to achieve success in this biggest martial arts bout in the world. Training under the supervision of international karate coach and champion MA Ali, Humaira is sure that she will definitely win a gold medal for her country at the Karate World Championships.
After Bangkok, Humaira’s next destination will be Dubai, where she will take part in the next year’s international competition. For which a camp will be held in November this year, but the problem is that she has her exams in school at the same time. In such a situation, she is not able to decide whether she should participate in the training camp or appear in the examination. Well, he still has a lot of time to make this decision. For now, Humaira’s focus is only on the World Championships. In which by winning the gold medal, she wants to illuminate the name of herself and her country in the world.
