Kolkata : Today International karate coach and Champion M.A. Ali said if to defend yourself every girl must learn Full contact karate.

M.A.Ali said Full contact Karate is an empty handed art of self defence in which the arms and legs are systematically trained and an enemy attacking by surprise can be controlled by a demonstration of strength like that of actual weapons.

M.A.Ali said Full contact Karate is exercise through which karatekas master all body movement such as bending, jumping and balancing.

The technique of Full contact karate are well controlled according to karatekas will power and are directed at the target accurately and spontaneously. M.A.Ali further said Full contact Karate training transform various part of the body into weapons to be used freely and effectively.
