Kolkata: Only a few days are left for the “World Meet”, the biggest competition of martial arts. Preparations are in full swing for the Indian team participating in the Karate World Championship to be held in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. Before the start of this high profile martial arts competition, Indian player Sheena Faiyaz has challenged her rivals to beware of her.
Sheena Faiyaz is a resident of Motijheel area of ward number 56 of Kolkata. Sheena, who has been learning karate for the last four years, is a Class IX student at Loreto School.
Unlike common Indian girls, Sheena has been very fond of sports since childhood. Along with karate, she also plays football. Sheena has a great purpose behind learning karate. She wants to become an IPS officer in the future. For which Sheena is already preparing.
Sheena and her family are very happy to be selected in the Indian team participating in the Karate World Championships, but going to Bangkok to participate in the World Meet is not so easy for Sheena. The financial condition of her family is not good. Sheena does not have father. She lives with her mother in her maternal grandfather’s house. In this condition, it is proving very difficult for Sheena and her mother to bear the expenses of going to Bangkok. She hopes that she will get some help to go to Bangkok.
There are difficulties, but Sheena Faiyaz is not scared of these situations. She is busy in her preparations. Sheena is working hard to achieve success in the World Championships. Her coach MA Ali is also giving her special training. Sheena is very sure that she will definitely win a gold medal for her country in the World Championship.
