TMC will form board in Asanosal, opposition’s existence will be erased in municipal elections: Mukhtar Ali

Kolkata: Trinamool Congress (TMC) minority cell general secretary Mukhtar Ali has claimed that the opposition’s existence will end in the municipal elections to be held in West Bengal this month. Let us inform that voting will be held on February 27 in 108 municipalities of the state.

Addressing the media, Mukhtar Ali, who came to campaign for TMC in Asansol Municipal Corporation elections, said that due to the great leadership of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, TMC will form its board in Asansol with a huge margin. Not only Asansol, but TMC will win in all 108 municipalities.

Mukhtar Ali said that the victory in this municipal election will send a message to the whole country that only Mamata Banerjee can defeat BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Mukhtar Ali claimed that a secular government of regional parties would be formed in the country under the leadership of Mamata Banerjee in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The way Mamata Banerjee is successfully running development schemes for people of all religions and castes in West Bengal without any discrimination, a good message of this is going across the country. As a result of which we can also hoist our flag in the states like Goa, Tripura etc. Therefore, there is an appeal to the people of Asansol to strengthen the hands of Mamta Banerjee. So that in 2024 she can become the Prime Minister of the country.

On this occasion, General Secretary of TMC Minority Cell, Md Ehteshamul Haque and Sardar Swaran Singh were also present.
