Troubled by Modi government’s indifference, country’s champion karate players appeal to Amiruddin Bobby for help

Kolkata: Indian karate players are living a life of luxury. There is no shortage of anything in their life. They also get all kinds of help from the government, but on the other hand, there are many champion karate players in our country, who have won many gold medals for the country, yet they are not getting any help from the government.  The biggest name among these is that of the country’s golden girl Ayesha Noor, who has so far won many gold medals for the country on foreign soil, but till date the Modi government has not helped Ayesha even a single penny. Disappointed with the attitude of the Modi government, Ayesha Noor and her fellow player Humaira Shami have appealed to Kolkata Corporation’s MMIC Ameeruddin Bobby for help.

Ayesha Noor and Humaira Shami belong to a very poor family. Ayesha’s father passed away years ago. She is a patient of epilepsy since childhood. Her mother is running the house with great difficulty. Despite so much trouble and difficulties, Ayesha has buried her flags in karate competitions. She has won many gold medals for the country in the Karate World Championship. Apart from this, she has also achieved success in many other competitions.

Ayesha Noor has been selected again in the Karate World Championship. This year she will also be given the Life Time Achievement Award, but once again the same difficult question has arisen in front of Ayesha that how will she go to Bangkok to participate in the Karate World Championship. Because the circumstances of her house are not such that they can afford the expense of going to Bangkok. Same is the condition of Humaira Shami. Forced by the circumstances, Ayesha and Humaira have extended a helping hand towards Amiruddin Bobby.

Let us tell you that both Ayesha and Humaira are residents of Ward 54 of Kolkata. Senior TMC leader Amiruddin Bobby is the councilor of this ward.

Ayesha Noor and Humaira Shami said that Amiruddin Bobby is not only the councilor of our ward but he is also the guardian of our ward. Whenever we have asked him for help, he has helped us beyond our expectations. This time too we have full hope that he will not disappoint us.

Ayesha and Humaira said that our aim is to win medals for the country. Government spends crores of rupees on cricketers. We also play for the country, but the government does nothing for us. In this situation, we wish that people should help us, so that we can bring glory to the country by winning the gold medal in the Karate World Championship.
