World Martial Artists Council to Honor Jayasree Sengupta, Ayesha Noor, and Soma Mukherjee with Veer Naari Samman 2025 Awards on Women’s Day

Kolkata, India: In a remarkable tribute to women’s empowerment and excellence, the World Martial Artists Council has announced that Jayasree Sengupta, Ayesha Noor, and Soma Mukherjee will be honored with the Veer Naari Samman 2025 Awards on Women’s Day. These distinguished women are being recognized for their outstanding contributions, unwavering dedication, and inspirational achievements in their respective fields.

Ayesha Noor, an international karate champion with multiple gold medal victories, has also been honored with the Gender Equality Award by the Government of the United States of America and the Times Hero Award by the Times of India. In addition, she has received accolades from several prominent organizations for her tireless work in promoting women’s empowerment through martial arts.

Soma Mukherjee is widely respected for running a hospital that provides free medical camps, as well as her involvement in cultural works that uplift local communities. Meanwhile, Jayasree Sengupta has been instrumental in preserving and promoting cultural heritage through her diverse cultural initiatives.
