6th World Meet Postponed: To Be Held in Indonesia in January 2025

Indonesia/Bangkok: In a significant decision made after today’s meeting on 4th October 2024, it was announced that the 6th World Meet, initially scheduled for 28th November 2024 in Bangkok, has been postponed and will now take place in Indonesia at the end of January 2025. This decision followed discussions involving key leaders of the World Meet, including Dr. M.A. Ali (Director of World Meet), Tony Taylor (Vice President), Shahid Mahmood (General Secretary) and Convenor Princess Mufida Rayya Mubarak, who has been appointed as the Chairman and Representative for World Meet Indonesia 2025.

The postponement comes as part of a broader strategy to increase participation and improve the overall event experience. By moving the venue to Indonesia, the World Meet aims to further strengthen its goals of promoting cultural exchange and global unity.

The World Meet, which began under the visionary leadership of Dr. M.A. Ali, has grown into a significant international event, dedicated to fostering peace, diplomacy, and cultural understanding. The recent 5th World Meet, held on 8th September 2024 in Manchester, UK, was a resounding success, with participation from numerous countries and support from prominent figures.

The upcoming 6th World Meet in Indonesia will build on the success of previous editions and promises to bring together leaders and participants from around the world for a powerful celebration of unity and peace
