Indian Team Announced for 7th World Open Karate Championship 2025 in Bangkok
Today, during a video call from Indonesia, Her Royal Highness Princess Mufida Rayya Mubarak congratulated the Indian team, officially selected to represent India at the 7th World Open Karate Championship 2025. The championship is set to take place in Bangkok, Thailand, on 8th May 2025.
The Princess extended her warm invitation to the students, encouraging them to also attend the World Meet in Indonesia, which is scheduled for 30th January 2025. Her support is a testament to the event’s growing international appeal and the focus on fostering cultural and athletic exchanges.
Shahid Mahmood Raja (UK), the General Secretary of the World Meet, also congratulated the Indian contingent on their selection. He expressed his confidence in their ability to perform well, highlighting their history of excellence in past World Meet events.
Speaking on the occasion, M.A. Ali, founder and director of the World Meet, urged the Indian team to practice diligently and enhance their skills ahead of the championship.
