Road accident near Murshidabad, goods laden truck overturns
Kolkata: A road accident happened near Marut in Murshidabad today. A truck laden with goods overturned on the highway. No one died in this incident. The driver and the helper received minor injuries. Eyewitness of this incident international karate coach and champion MA Ali said that the accident happened due to the negligence of the driver.
MA Ali said that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has started the Safe Drive Save Live campaign to control road accidents, which is showing good results. But even today some drivers drive recklessly. Due to which the accident happens.
He has requested the drivers not to drive under the influence of alcohol. MA Ali said that the life of drivers is very difficult. They work by taking their lives at risk. In such a situation, by drinking alcohol, not only do they put their own, but also the lives of others in danger. Alcohal also puts their family in trouble. So they should avoid this addiction and secure their life and that of their family.
