Indian Karate team to leave for Bangkok on 18th September for World Meet 2022

Kolkata: The chess board has been laid. The fighters are engaged in the final preparations for the war. There is only one dream in everyone’s eyes that they should make the name of their country bright. You might be thinking that we are talking about a war. But there’s nothing like this. We are talking about the World Meet 2022, the world’s biggest competition of martial arts to be held in Thailand this year.

The World Meet 2022 will be held on 20 September at the Royal Rattankoshin, Bangkok. The World Mixed Martial Arts Council (UK) organizes the largest martial arts tournament in the world. Martial arts players from different countries of the world would participate in this great competition.

This time 32 players from India will participate in the World Meet 2022. The coach and manager of the Indian team is former World Karate Champion MA Ali. Seven players from the Indian team are from West Bengal. Whose names are Ayesha Noor, Joydeep Roy, Monimala Haldar, Mohammad Farooq, Umme Ruman, Mohammad Ali Waris and Iram Siraj. The Indian team under the leadership of its coach MA Ali will leave for Bangkok on 18 September to participate in the World Meet 2022. The Chief Guest of the World Meet 2022 will be Nisar Ismailer, President of The World Mixed Martial Arts Council. While Tony Taylor of America and John Newshone of Britain will also make guest of honor.
